GMR Group engaged MECULS for a multi-year transformation programme spanning four entities – GMR Group, GMR Energy, GMRIT, and DIAL. Strides Pharma engaged MECULS to coach its newly promoted DGM cohort – 15 Deputy General Managers across manufacturing, quality, commercial, finance, and engineering. This was the first full-scale deployment of the 360° PULSE RATE™ model from Baseline Profiling through to Final Assessment, with complete documentation delivered to HR.
