MECULS provides leadership coaching, executive development, personality profiling, wellness counselling, meditation instruction, and related services to individuals and organisations.
You may use meculs.com for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
MECULS offers both online and in-person services including but not limited to: leadership coaching, 360° PULSE RATE™ assessments, executive coaching, organisational consulting, Zero State Meditation instruction, mind wellness counselling, and children's development programmes.
All services are provided subject to: (a) availability, (b) suitability as assessed by Rajneesh Jain, and (c) mutual agreement on scope and terms prior to commencement. MECULS reserves the right to decline to provide services at its sole discretion.
MECULS does not offer medical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, or emergency mental health services. If you are in crisis or require urgent mental health support, please contact an appropriate medical professional or emergency service.
Fees for MECULS services are agreed upon individually prior to commencement of any engagement. Payment is accepted via Razorpay, PayUBiz, PayPal, Credit Card, and UPI.
All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client where required by law.

MECULS maintains complete confidentiality with respect to all information shared during coaching, counselling, and meditation sessions. Details of client engagements will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
Clients are also asked to maintain confidentiality with respect to any proprietary frameworks, methodologies, or session content shared by MECULS – including Momentum Architecture™, 360° PULSE RATE™, and Zero State Meditation – which remain the exclusive intellectual property of MECULS.
All content on meculs.com – including text, frameworks, methodology names, graphics, and design – is the intellectual property of MECULS / Rajneesh Jain. The following are registered trademarks or proprietary names of MECULS:

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid by that client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from use of MECULS services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
