Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: This policy is current as of the date of your visit. All services delivered by MECULS / Rajneesh Jain, Delhi, India.

Summary: Sessions cancelled 48+ hours before start time may be rescheduled once. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable. No refund after session delivery. Group workshops have a 72-hour cancellation window.

1. Individual Coaching & Counselling Sessions

The following cancellation terms apply to all individual coaching, counselling, and meditation sessions booked with MECULS:

Rescheduling: Each session booking may be rescheduled once, provided notice is given at least 48 hours before the original session time. A second reschedule request for the same session will be treated as a cancellation.

2. Group Workshops & Events

The following cancellation terms apply to group workshops, seminars, and live events run by MECULS:

Credit notes issued under this policy are personal to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

3. Multi-Session Programmes & Coaching Engagements

For structured multi-session programmes, retainer coaching engagements, and 360° PULSE RATE™ assessments, specific payment and cancellation terms are agreed in writing prior to commencement. In the event of a dispute, the written agreement governs.

General principle: fees paid for a session or phase that has already been delivered are non-refundable. Fees paid for sessions or phases not yet delivered may be subject to a partial refund, at MECULS' discretion, where the client has a genuine reason for withdrawal.

4. Digital & Downloadable Products

Download products, digital resources, and CV Portal outputs are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a digital product, contact Jain.Rajneesh@meculs.com and we will resolve it promptly.

5. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule a session or booking, contact Rajneesh directly:

Please include your name, the session date and time, and whether you wish to cancel or reschedule. All cancellation and rescheduling requests are acknowledged personally by Rajneesh.

Cancellation timing is measured from the point at which Rajneesh confirms receipt of your message – not from the time of sending. We recommend contacting us well in advance of the 48-hour or 72-hour window to ensure your request is received in time.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is due under this policy, it will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method used. Refunds for payments made via Razorpay, PayUBiz, or PayPal are subject to the processing timelines of those platforms.

Any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

MECULS understands that genuine emergencies occur. If you are unable to attend a session due to a serious medical emergency or other exceptional circumstance, contact us as soon as possible. We will consider requests for rescheduling outside the standard window on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.
