Every methodology – the 360° PULSE RATE™, the CFB Framework, the MECULS Personality Profiling System – was built from scratch through 18 years of direct research, self-study in Jungian psychology, and client work at the highest levels of global consulting and Indian industry.

The work is delivered by one person – Rajneesh Jain – who brings the depth of a researcher, the precision of a BCG consultant, and the insight of someone who has spent two decades studying what actually governs human behaviour under pressure.

Rajneesh Jain –
the work behind the work.

Before MECULS, Rajneesh Jain spent 15 years at the intersection of global consulting research and human behaviour – as India Country Head at Forrester Research, and in multiple roles at The Boston Consulting Group. He did not come to coaching from a training background. He came from building tools that solved problems no team had solved before.
