MECULS · Leadership Coaching Practice
ICF Accredited – Feb 2022 ROI 450–750% at BCG Founded 2011

When pressure enters,
personality emerges.

Most leadership problems are not skill problems. They are pattern problems – specific psychological blocks that activate under pressure and govern every consequential decision a leader makes. MECULS finds the block. Changes it. The results are documented.

What MECULS Is

Not a coaching company.
A body of original work.

Every methodology at MECULS – the 360° PULSE RATE™, the CFB Framework, the MECULS Personality Profiling System – was built from scratch. Not adapted from MBTI. Not licensed from another provider. Built through 18 years of direct research in Jungian psychology, tested in real organisations, refined through hundreds of coaching hours at the highest levels of global consulting and Indian industry.

The work is done by one person. Rajneesh Jain. There are no junior coaches assigned to senior clients. No generic programmes sold at scale. When you engage MECULS, you are working directly with the person who built the methodology.

The question every CHRO should ask a coaching provider is simple: what changes on the ground? Not what the engagement covered. Not how many sessions were completed. What actually changed in how this leader behaves under pressure. MECULS answers this question with documented outcomes, not claims.

360° PULSE RATE™

The ICF-accredited flagship model. Identifies the specific psychological block governing a leader's behaviour under pressure – the one that has resisted every previous intervention – and builds a precise, rehearsed pathway to change it. ROI 450–750% documented at The Boston Consulting Group.

Nine ways MECULS
works with organisations.

Each engagement is delivered personally by Rajneesh Jain. There are no associates, no franchises, no generic programmes that get adapted for your context. What you read below is what you receive – designed specifically for what is actually happening in your organisation, not what is happening in organisations in general.

01
360° PULSE RATE™ Leadership Coaching

Personality Profiling – MECULS System
Built on Jungian typology. Maps cognitive functions, shadow patterns, and the specific blind spots that make a leader predictably ineffective in predictable situations. The diagnostic foundation of all MECULS work.

12-week structured coaching. Three phases: deep profiling, live application under real organisational pressure, final assessment with documented behavioural outcomes. Not a training course. A change process.

07
Organisational Health Consulting
When the problem is not one leader but the entire organisation's patterns – the way decisions get made, avoided, or repeated. Board-level work on culture, decision architecture, and leadership coherence.

HR Analytics & Compensation Benchmarking
Built at The Boston Consulting Group. The SIOS system: salary benchmarking across markets, employee engagement measurement, and productivity data that HR can actually take to a board without embarrassment.

Executive Search
Finding the right person, not the most impressive CV. Every search uses the same profiling and CFB work applied to coaching – the candidate presented to the board has been psychologically mapped for this specific role. Launched April 2025.

The Engagement

What actually happens
inside a MECULS engagement.

Every engagement, regardless of which service it involves, moves through four deliberate stages. This is not a process imposed from the outside. It is the natural architecture of how lasting behavioural change actually occurs – first seen, then recognised in real time, then practised, then lived. Leaders who have been through it describe it as the first time coaching produced something that stayed.

See the Full Journey & How We Work →
01
Awareness
The leader sees their personality profile in full – including the patterns they have never had language for. This stage removes the ambiguity that allows problematic patterns to continue unquestioned.
02
Recognition
The leader begins to notice the pattern operating in real time – in actual meetings, actual decisions, actual pressure moments. This is the stage most coaching programmes skip entirely.
03
Rehearsal
New responses are practised through simulations before being required in high-stakes situations. Behaviour changes when it has been rehearsed, not when it has been instructed.
04
Integration
The new response becomes the default. Not a conscious effort. Not a technique to remember under pressure. A new pattern that operates where the old one used to. This is the documented outcome.

The Founder

Rajneesh Jain –
the work behind the work.

Before MECULS, Rajneesh Jain spent 15 years at the intersection of global consulting research and human behaviour – as India Head - Springboard Research (later acuqired by Forrester Research), and across multiple roles at The Boston Consulting Group. He did not come to coaching from a training background. He came from building tools that solved problems no team had solved before.

The 360° PULSE RATE™ was not sourced from a certification programme. It was built through 18 years of foundational research in Jungian psychology, direct inner work, and the repeated observation that the same psychological structures govern behaviour whether the person is a CHRO at a multinational or an adult struggling with addiction. The work is the same. The application differs.

The Next Step

The conversation
starts here.

No sales process. No proposal deck. No discovery call designed to convince you of something you have not already concluded yourself. A direct conversation about what is actually happening in your organisation or your life – and whether MECULS can help. Every engagement MECULS has ever taken on began this way.
